If the timer runs out, Soltar uses Time Over: 2000% ATK true damage, 30 hits over 2s - effectively an unsurvivable wipe (true damage ignores DEF and RES). He also ramps as the fight drags: +25% ATK per countdown step (4 steps, +100% total), plus a permanent +10% ATK every time he casts a special skill.
