Boss · Fortress of Souls Phase 1
The lord of Valencia who, in his craving for the power to protect his nation, sank himself into darkness. When the Fortress of Souls awoke, Soltar revealed himself once more, driving a steel chariot drawn by the souls he had captured. The teal glow coiling around the chariot is the souls of the people he offered in sacrifice.

Treat the fight as a DPS race - kill him before he gets there. (Time limit per attempt: 15:00)
