Yellow-dragon Ladle

When another party member uses 2-Chain, party ATK increases by 19% and Crit Rate by 21% for 10 seconds, and summons a Golden Chariot for 10 seconds that recovers party members in range by ATK 15% 20 times. (Activates once every 8 sec)
