Athena believed that battles are holy and noble. She could never accept anything disgracing honor, so she taught the importance of honor and pride to mercenary soldiers. Soldiers now call her Athena the Saintess of the Battlefield.

Crafted and enhanced at the Smithy (its Soulbound Weapon button) from Iron and Soulbound crystals (from the Fortress of Souls raid or the Arena shop), plus Honor and Gold. Bound to its hero; not forged like an ordinary weapon or found as a drop.

When using 2-Chain, DEF increases by 19 for 5 seconds.

War Saint's Axe

When using 2-Chain, DEF increases by 22 for 5 seconds.

Blessing of the War Goddess

When using 2-Chain, DEF increases by 26 for 5 seconds, and Goddess of the Battlefield is used at the farthest enemy's location dealing 3345% DEF magic damage.

Having long looked forward to the social gathering, Athena ended up oversleeping on the day itself and missed all the fun. She tried to keep up appearances with a single feather ornament casually perched atop her tousled hair, but the pout at the corner of her mouth refused to ease, they say. Even the title of Saint of the Battlefield, in that moment, felt like nothing but a burden.

Athena, the holy maiden blessed by the stars, has descended upon the battlefield. That place, where heaven itself watches over, is granted only to those who invoke the name of the divine.
